Do you make custom dolls?

Generally, no. I already have notebooks full of drawings and a brain full of ideas that I'm excited about creating! However, I would consider your idea for a custom doll if it is exciting, fabulous and in keeping with the Boudoir Dolls aesthetic.

What payments do you accept?

I accept payment by credit/debit cards and Paypal.

When will I receive my order?

I will send out your order as soon as I'm able to - usually within a few days. If you need your order in a hurry please email me before ordering to check how soon it can be sent.

Can I return an order?

Yes, you can return an order within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, you will need to email me at [email protected] first and return the item in its original condition using a tracked delivery method.
